Rachel M. Kiblen, Attorney at Law

Rachel was born and raised in Spokane, WA. She graduated cum laude from the University of North Dakota with a degree in Business Economics in 2003; she then attended the University of North Dakota School of Law, where she obtained her Juris Doctorate with honors in 2006. During law school, Ms. Kiblen worked as a law clerk for the local county child support enforcement agency. In September 2006, Ms. Kiblen was licensed to practice law in the State of North Carolina and, prior to joining our firm, she spent four years as an attorney for the Iredell County Department of Social Services, primarily focusing in child support establishment and enforcement. Ms. Kiblen has taught continuing legal education courses to both paralegals and attorneys on the subject of child support. Ms. Kiblen's practice areas primarily include family law, criminal law, and traffic law.

Beth H. Morris, Paralegal

Beth and her husband, Mike, reside in Iredell County and have a grown son and daughter, a son-in-law, and two grandchildren. They attend Agape Faith Church in Clemmons and have lived in the Iredell community since 1990. Outside of work, Beth loves to play with her grand babies, vacation at the beach, camp, and watch good movies. Beth studied and graduated from Wingate University and has worked in the legal field for over 20 years. She is responsible for the family law cases in Iredell, Davie, Davidson and other counties east of Iredell and the personal injury cases.

Lori and her husband, Dwight, and their five children reside in the Taylorsville area. Although Dwight is a native of Alexander County, Lori was raised in the West Iredell area. The family spends time away from work attending Crosspoint Church, riding horses and watching the kids' sport teams and rodeo events. Lori oversees the daily operations of the Statesville office.

Donna and her husband Kevin reside in Alexander County with their family. As a charter employee of the firm, Donna manages the day-to-day operations of the office including bookkeeping and organizing all mediation conferences. Donna also handles family law cases west of Iredell County. Kevin is a Taylorsville native and long-time employee of The Taylorsville Times. When not at work, they enjoy golfing, swimming, and supporting their childs' athletic events.

Michelle I. Hartness, Paralegal

Michelle, her husband Jeff and their two children reside in the Hiddenite community of Alexander County. The family attends East Taylorsville Baptist Church. Both children are very active in extracurricular activities that occupy most of the family’s time outside of work and school. Michelle is responsible for the domestic cases of the law firm.
